Description

An unnamed Black author embarks on a nationwide book tour for his latest novel, while a young boy named Soot grows up in the South, facing bullying and the harsh realities of being Black in America. Their stories intertwine through a mysterious figure known as “The Kid,” blurring the line between reality and imagination.
