In an Egyptian‑inspired fantasy world, The Daughters of Izdihar follows two women from different walks of life — Nehal, a waterweaver noblewoman bound by debt and forced into marriage, and Giorgina, an earthweaver bookstore clerk with uncontrolled powers. Both are pulled into The Daughters of Izdihar, a radical women’s rights movement, as they fight for their right to power, education, and autonomy, all while their world teeters on the brink of war.
